Point Reyes Station on our way outta town!

Anniversary a year later...
Last year for our anniversary Ruben & I took a trip to Tomales Bay...definitely one of the better decisions of our lives. It was the most beautiful place I've ever been, hands down. It's hard to believe that there is still land in California that is so completely breathtaking and unscathed. Along with the remarkable scenery, we ate theeeee best food of our lives. Everything was amazingly fresh and locally produced, which seriously makes all the difference in the world. I'd go back in a heartbeat, and I recommend a weekend trip up there to everyone ever! Hope you enjoy these pictures as much as we enjoyed the weekend there!
Wine & cheese basket at the bread & breakfast! Featuring Cowgirl Creamery, Point Reyes Blue (the only bleu cheese produced in CA), and more!
Ping pong at the B&B!
On the hike to the lighthouse...

Banana slug!
It's about a two mile hike to the lighthouse. I think the stairs are a mile on their own! We saw a baby gray whale when we got to the bottom!

Whaleskull

Fries & fish tacos at Drake's Beach. Seriously the best fries of all time. ALL TIME!

Beer & oyster break at the Marshall Store.

BBQ oysters are pure heaven...we also tried plates of the raw & baked oysters there. BBQ'd were definitely my fave. Like death row meal status.
I love the cows,,,

Open faced tomato & cheese sandwich from the Cowgirl Creamery. So bomb.
